The schedule is a weekly 66-hour class plan consisting of 4 Main Areas of training: MMA, Striking, Grappling and Physical Performance.
The Main Areas are divided in turn into 7 Training Themes:
- MMA Striking System, MMA Takedown & Stand Up System, MMA Ground ‘N’ Pound & Submission System, MMA Strategy System, Pure Striking System, Pure Grappling System and Strength & Conditioning System.
The Training Themes are distinct into 20 Training Programs:
